FENDER launches 2025 EVH Guitars and Gretsch models

FENDER Musical Instruments Corp, the mothership behind multiple guitar brands, launches the news 2025 EVH Guitars and Gretsch models. They announce the new EVH Wolfgang WG Standard T.O.M. and Gretsch release the G6134TG. The release follows on the heels of last week’s released G9202 Honey Dipper Special Round-Neck Brass Body Resonator Guitar.

EVH is launching the Wolfgang WG Standard T.O.M. – A guitar with the same style and massive sound Eddie Van Halen created all at an affordable price. This new Wolfgang features black speed tone and volume control knobs that have been dialed-in to Van Halen’s exacting specifications, an oiled finish on the back of the neck and a 12”-16” compound radius baked maple fingerboard with rolled edges, and a T.O.M. fixed bridge and stoptail bar.

Offering many of the blazing features as its more expensive brethren, the Wolfgang WG Standard T.O.M has a natural bound basswood body with special “comfort cut” forearm contour for maximum playing ease. Its bolt-on baked maple neck with graphite-reinforcement rods holds strong against the ravages of temperature and humidity, while a conveniently located spoke wheel at the base of the neck makes for quick and painless truss rod adjustments. Designed for comfortable playability and speed, the Wolfgang WG Standard also features an oiled finish on the back of the neck and a 12″-16″ compound radius baked maple fingerboard with rolled edges, 22 jumbo frets and black dot inlays.

Dual EVH® Wolfgang humbucking pickups mounted directly to the body increase vibration transfer, resulting in sustain for days on end. The black speed tone and volume control knobs have been have been dialed-in to Van Halen’s exacting specifications – the smooth-feeling 500k pots make it easy to find a unique sound while retaining the crisp high-end sparkle of the Wolfgang pickups. Gretsch G6134TG LTD Paisley Penguin with String-Thru Bigsby

Last week, Gretsch launched the G9202 Honey Dipper Special Round-Neck Brass Body Resonator Guitar – A guitar that was hand-spun in Eastern Europe from nearly 99-percent pure aluminum. It features a weathered Bell Bronze finish on a bell brass metal body, all-new Gretsch Ampli-Sonic diaphragm aluminum biscuit cone yielding impressive quality and volume of tone, and mahogany neck with Medium “V” back shape.

Add some color to your sound with the limited-release G9202 Honey Dipper Special. This round-neck resonator guitar has all the same features as the wildly popular G9201 Honey Dipper, with the additions of aged white fingerboard binding, screened headstock graphic and a weathered “Bell Bronze” finish
