TRISTANIA re-issue 'Beyond the Veil'

Hammerheart Records have announced the reissue of the second TRISTANIA album Beyond the Veil. The re-issue is set for worldwide release on 30th May and will be available in various limited edition vinyl.
The band’s classic album Beyond the Veil is the pinnacle of gothic metal; a grand, haunting masterpiece of orchestral darkness and unrelenting melancholy. Towering choirs, razor-sharp riffs, and chilling dual vocals collide in an atmosphere of pure sorrow and cinematic intensity. This is gothic metal at its most ambitious and emotionally devastating.

In September 2019, the band made an announcement in which they called it quits.
Singer Mariangela Demurtas, who joined TRISTANIA in 2007, shared the band’s statement and included the following message: “I am not coming with good news today unfortunately… I will spend some more words on this matter later.. excuse me for now, but this is not an easy post to make”.
TRISTANIA‘s latest album, “Darkest White”, was released in 2013. The LP was produced by Christer André Cederberg (ANATHEMA).
This past March, Mariangela told Terra Relicta that TRISTANIA was still an active band. “We talked about this; we’re still talking about it,” she said. “We have to combine the life of five or six different people, and sometimes it’s not easy. We’re all busy with our projects as well. So I don’t know and I can’t say anything. We are talking about coming back with something new. But yeah, I cannot promise anything, but don’t worry, TRISTANIA is not dead.”
