FEUERSCHWANZ release new version of “Valhalla”, featuring DORO

Shortly after the release of their most recent studio album ‘Knightclub’, FEUERSCHWANZ are back. Today, the band releases unleashes a new rendition of “Valhalla” – reimagining this infectious anthem, featuring metal queen Doro, through a new, orchestral lens. The album and song are released on Napalm Records.

“Off to the Knightclub – Gangnam Style! Yes, we actually took dance lessons for the only real cover song on the new album. The K-pop hit from 2012 – a dance between the worlds, now with violin, bagpipes and a good dose of metal. A game of contrasts, a cover version like a ritual. Nobody asked for it – but we did it anyway.”

Knightclub was produced by Simon Michael (Subway To Sally) and mastered by Jacob Hansen (Arch Enemy, Volbeat, Evergrey). The cover artwork was created by Peter Sallai (Powerwolf, Sabaton, Saxon, Hammerfall).
