Torch release lyric video for Collateral Damage
1981 founded Swedish metal band TORCH, with Dan Dark on vocals, Chris J. First and Claus Wild on guitars, Ian Greg on bass and Steve Streaker on drums, confirmed their signing to Metalville Records earlier this year.
With “Reignited” (Metalville – release 25.09.) the band presents the first new songs in 36 years. As a little foretaste the single “Collateral Damage” is already released, accompanied by a lyric video. Watch the lyric video for “Collateral Damage” below.
The band split up in 1986, but in 2019 they started writing and recording new material. Responsible for the mix and mastering was none other than Grammy-nominated producer Jacob Hansen (Volbeat, U.D.O., Pretty Maids).
The result of this work are the first new Torch songs in 35 years, which will be released this year on Metalville Records.
