What’s new from Koch Amps in 2020

From “The Greg” Signature series, Koch Amps introduces the new “The Greg” Signature head and a new 212 open-back cabinet. They also released 2 new custom colors in “The Greg” Sign. combo series.

The Jupiter series has also been expanded with a new Jupiter Junior 20 head. A new 20 watt lightweight head with the same functionality as the combo. Also new in the Jupiter series is the KSC110 GS40 cabinet. This cabinet can be used with the new Jupiter Jnr head but can also be an extension of the Jupiter JNR combo.

There is also a small update in the Studiotone series. Both the Studiotone 20 and the XL have had a small aesthetic update. Both amps are equipped with a new black brushed aluminum front and the large buttons are replaced by black chickenhead buttons as in the Twintone series. All Studiotone combos/heads now come with the new Koch Custom black vinyl.

The Greg Signature combo in 2 new custom colors:
-The Greg Sign. Combo Sonic Blue (the original)
-The Greg Sign. Combo Carmin (Burgundy) Red Custom Shop
-The Greg Sign. Combo Limited Black Edition

The Greg Signature head:
This Namm Koch brought a prototype of the new The Greg Signature head to the show. The head will be a full option version like The Greg Sign combo. So, 50 watts EL34, 3 channels, OTS, Tube Harmonic Vibrato and the 3 control Tube reverb with the classic long scale reverb tank.

There will be a new matching 2×12″ half-open cabinet with a matching grill. The price of both new products will be revealed later in February and they aspire to release both products in June.

The Koch Jupiter JNR 20 head / KSC110 cabinet
The Jupiter series has also been expanded with a new Jupiter Junior 20 head. A new 20 watt lightweight head with the same functionality as the combo. 2 channels with a foot-switchable gain stage on channel 2 and a classic voiced reverb. With the ATR technology, this small head will be perfect to bring it on the road and it will give the (Tube) saturated sound on any level. Also new is the matching KSC110 GS40 cabinet which can be used with the head but also as an extension for a Jupiter Jnr combo. It will be released in May 2020.
