BLACK STONE CHERRY share new track "Have You Ever Been Lonely"

BLACK STONE CHERRY announce their new Record Store Day exclusive LP, entitled “This is Black Stone Cherry’s RSD album. The band really likes it.” Due for release physically on 12th April and digitally on 18th April via Mascot Records, this collection includes B-sides, covers, live tracks, and previously unreleased songs taken from the band’s expansive discography together for the first time on a limited-edition vinyl. In celebration of the news, the band have shared a previously unreleased single from the upcoming album, ‘Have You Ever Been Lonely’.

Speaking on the new single, the band state: “’Have You Ever Been Lonely’ is a song of hope, reminding us that even in our loneliest hour someone else has felt that and it is always worth it to keep moving.”
The new release will be available on CD and a limited run of 3,000 white and black smoke marble vinyl worldwide. Perfect for the avid vinyl, merchandise, and memorabilia collector.

Last October, BLACK STONE CHERRY released a newly recorded version of their sog “Out Of The Pocket”. The new version featured a guest appearance by KILLSWITCH ENGAGE singer Jess Leach.

The band shared, “We have been fans of Killswitch Engage since we can remember. Having Jesse be a part of one of our songs, bringing his intensity and passion, has truly made this a special moment in our sonic journey.”
Jesse Leach offered, “I’d always appreciated the Black Stone guys as good humans and songwriters. However, when I finally saw them live it all clicked for me! They are a great live band, and I am definitely a fan after seeing their show! Being asked to jump on this track was such an honor and a pleasure as well! It’s a damn good rock n roll song!”

The band have just completed a tour in the U.S. with Clutch and Rival Sons and the song is released ahead of the bands’ October – November European headline tour which begins on 29 in Berlin, Germany and calls through Luxembourg, The Netherlands, France, Switzerland, Italy, Belgium and the UK, finishing on 23 November in London. Ayron Jones will support them on the entire tour with Skillet joining them for the UK run of shows. Tickets are available AT THIS LOCATION.
